Description
SGNLS is a darkly punk three-piece formed in the winter of 2008-2009. Tony Cesa (ex Lesser known Neutrinos, John Denver’s Airplane) plays analog synths and vocals, Paul Walker (ex Lesser Known Neutrinos) on heavily effected guitar and voice, and Kellzo (currently in Bugs and Rats and The Glow) plays drums. SGNLS also regularly collaborate with visual artist Erik Ruin who does live projection during shows. SGNLS’ musical influences range from early punk and industrial groups such as Poison Girls, Rocket From the Tomb, and The Swans, to prog and psychedelic rock such as Amon Duul II and Black Sabbath. SGNLS has an experimental approach to music and an eye towards the future.
