West Chester pop punk heroes Plow United are reforming to play Riot Fest on the 24th and guitarist Brian McGee (Brian McGee and the Hollow Speed) and bassist Joel Tannenbaum (Snow Fairies, Glitter) are coming down to WKDU to play some tunes.
