Description
Lantern is a three piece Rock 'n' Roll band from Philadelphia. Lantern rummages through artifacts of the past, reimagining the rich history of American music from blues and folk, to punk and soul, to the avant-garde and beyond - self describing their sound as 'blown-out-proto-biker-punk-blues.' Their music has been released on Night-People along with upcoming releases on Bathetic Records and Mammoth Cave. They have been featured in Vice, CMJ, The A.V. Club, Altered Zones, and Impose Magazine. They have also performed and collaborated with Dirty Beaches.
